Terms of Service

Standard service terms for AcerOS customers, operators, and invited team members.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of AcerOS, including our website, dashboard, lead extraction workflows, export features, webhook tools, billing interfaces, and related services. By accessing or using AcerOS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using AcerOS on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Use of the Service

AcerOS is provided for lawful business use only. You agree not to use the platform in violation of applicable law, privacy obligations, contractual restrictions, or third-party platform terms.

You are responsible for how you use extracted data, exported lists, CRM destinations, webhook endpoints, and any downstream automations you configure through the service.

AcerOS may suspend or terminate accounts that create security risks, abuse usage limits, or compromise the stability of the service.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify AcerOS promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AcerOS may implement security reviews, session controls, verification steps, rate limits, or other technical measures to protect platform integrity and customer data.

Billing and Payments

Paid features may require an active subscription or credit allocation. Billing and payment processing are handled through Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

You authorize AcerOS and its payment processors to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges associated with your selected plan. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Availability and Product Changes

AcerOS may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, credits, integrations, or technical architecture as the product evolves. We may also perform maintenance, provider migrations, or security interventions without advance notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will always be error-free, complete, or compatible with every external system.

Third-Party Services

AcerOS relies on third-party services and infrastructure providers, including Supabase for backend services and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of connected services may also be subject to those providers' separate terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services or systems outside our direct control.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

AcerOS is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcerOS and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using AcerOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a manner that could harm AcerOS, its users, or third parties.

Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after your access ends.
